Statistics have proven that enriching and stimulating environments can foster healthy growth and brain development in young children. Environments that contain love, emotional support, opportunities for learning and exploration have major contributions to the development of children. As a woman of Faith, Founder Jackie Lujan, took a God-given vision and executed every plan to establish The Lighthouse Early Care and Education in 2022.  Since then, The Lighthouse has provided a nurturing, loving, and edifying environment within the communities they’ve served in.

"I believe in the power of community and this vision is more than child care for me. Our vision is driven by strong partnerships with local organizations and a commitment to delivering exceptional resources to the families we serve. We work collaboratively with our community to provide  those opportunities for learning, exploration, and growth for both children and parents. We provide a range of community resources that are completely free to the families that we serve, ensuring they have the support they need beyond child care.

In Jackie's downtime, you can find her reading a good book over a cup of coffee, exploring mountain views throughout the city, or cuddling with her kiddos, watching Ratatouille.

"A woman's work is never done."

I am thrilled to introduce myself as the Director of The Lighthouse Early Care and Education. With years of experience and education in this field, I bring a deep passion for nurturing and supporting the growth and development of children. My goal is to inspire and lead our team with dedication, ensuring that we provide the best possible care and education for the children and families we serve.

As a community partner, I look forward to collaborating with local organizations to enhance our programs and resources. Together, we will continue to make a positive impact on our community, one child at a time.
